Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

2 eggs

1 tbsp olive oil

ยฝ tsp sea salt

ยผ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp shredded cheese (optional)

1 tsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
Halve the avocado and discard the stone.
Scoop out a little of the flesh to make room for the eggs.

Place the avocado halves in a baking dish so they donโ€™t tip over.

Crack an egg into each avocado half.

Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper, and add cheese if desired.

Bake at least for 12-15 minutes until eggs are set.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 tsp salt

ยฝ tsp black pepper

ยฝ tsp garlic powder

ยฝ tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

4 large lettuce leaves (for bun replacement)

4 slices cheddar cheese

2 tbsp sugar-free mayonnaise

1 tbsp mustard

4 slices tomato

4 slices pickles

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook each patty for about 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.

Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.

Place the patties between two large lettuce leaves instead of a bun.

Top with mayonnaise, mustard, tomato, and pickles.
