Ingredients:
- 1 cup moong dal (soaked for 4-5 hours)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- ½ inch ginger (grated)
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Water (as needed)
- 1 tsp oil (for cooking)
Instructions:
- Drain the soaked moong dal and grind it with green chili, ginger, and little water to form a smooth batter.
- Add turmeric, cumin seeds, coriander, and salt. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it into a thin pancake.
- Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt.
